Musical Stories and Dancing Tales

‘Musical Stories & Dancing Tales’ is an exciting fusion of story, movement, music and dance.

Jackie and Maggie take you on a delightful journey of stories and music based on the theme  of song and dance. The pair work with an eclectic mix of traditional stories and folk music to present an innovative and original presentation of these two most valuable and accessible art forms.

With the focus on audience engagement, in performance, Jackie and Maggie work with an infectious energy to draw in young audiences (and the not so young!!)  encouraging and enabling them to participate and become an active part of any given story.

In educational terms, these sessions engage children linguistically, physically and emotionally, and thus offer huge potential for heightened learning and creativity – and by any other terms, it is just great fun!!
